Senior Leadership Team
Chris has more than 35 years experience across several industry sectors predominantly in the engineering sector. His primary focus in each has been leading and developing customer solutions and international growth coupled with organisational cultural change. Whilst his early career was in the chemicals and packaging sectors, for the last 20 years Chris has held CEO and President roles in engineering focused businesses in the UK, Asia Pacific and US. For the last 15 years Chris has been at the helm of several companies in the upstream offshore energy industry, both Oil & Gas and Offshore Renewables. More recently, he has been Group CEO of a private equity backed business centred on the subsea construction sector and CEO of a Venture Capital backed Tech Startup.
Chris has lived and worked in many different countries: New Zealand; Australia; Papua New Guinea; Singapore; USA and the UK and has led engineering projects worldwide. He has specific subsea engineering experience in North and South America, Asia Pacific, India and Europe and has served on the board of several companies in the UK, India and Singapore.
Finbar is an experienced Human Resources Director with over 15 years’ global HR experience across a range of industries. Finbar has significant experience in change management, employee relations, employee engagement & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. A trained coach with ICF Finbar is passionate about creating and developing high performing and inclusive teams.
Gerard serves as Director of Operations at EM3, where he oversees internal processes and projects delivery. With a focus on operational efficiency and strategic execution, Gerard plays a key role in ensuring that client engagements are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Bringing over 15 years of industry experience in delivery, consultancy and business operations, he supports cross-functional teams, streamlines workflows, and helps translate strategic goals into practical outcomes. Gerard is committed to building systems that support growth, accountability, and long-term client success.
